Fees & insurance

Clear costs, before you begin.

Families pay us directly. Before services begin, we check your insurance benefits and give you a Good Faith Estimate, so you know what to expect and what your plan may reimburse.

Flexible payment options

Cost shouldn’t stand between your child and answers.

Payment plans

Break the cost of an evaluation or therapy into manageable payments that fit your family’s budget.

HSA & FSA cards

Use your health savings or flexible spending account for eligible services.

CareCredit

Healthcare financing for even more flexible payment, including longer-term options.

How payment works

1

We check your benefits

We review your insurance benefits for the services your child needs.

2

Good Faith Estimate

You receive a written estimate of our costs and what your insurance company may reimburse.

3

You pay the practice

Families pay us directly, with flexible payment options available.

4

Submit your superbill

We provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

We do not bill insurance directly. Submitting the claim to your insurance company is the parent’s responsibility, and reimbursement depends on your plan.

Insurance

We are in network with most commercial insurance plans. Families pay at the time of service, and we provide a superbill so you can submit to your plan and receive the in-network reimbursement rate.

We check your benefits before services begin and work to help your family receive the highest reimbursement possible. Have Medicaid? Please call us to discuss your options.
